Dave Lewis has built quite a reputation over the last 30 years.  His voice is recognized as a broadcaster, radio and television spokesman, game day announcer, game show host, and as a disc jockey for special events.

A dedicated father, Dave spent 25 years in radio stations across Kansas, most recently as the morning show host at 1350am KMAN where he became known as the “Voice of Manhattan.”  His talents have been honored by the Manhattan Mercury readers as the area’s top radio personality and by the Kansas Association of Broadcasters for his award winning commercial, news and public service announcements.

Recently, his voice can be heard and his face can be seen in television commercials across northeast Kansas as the spokesman for Little Apple Toyota Honda.

Dave tours the Midwest as the host of the “Game Show Road Show,” a touring game show company that provides hilarious and engaging entertainment for corporate and community events.  His quick wit makes him the quintessential entertainer for these events.

Many brides and grooms have been introduced to their receptions with his commanding voice recognizing their families and wedding parties.  Dave is also a talented disc jockey for dances.  His vast knowledge of music and beat-mixing abilities make him stand out among other disc jockeys in the Midwest.
Lewis became the public address announcer for Kansas State Football and K-State Men’s basketball in 2006.  His booming, deep voice is heard throughout Bill Snyder Family Stadium saying “Good For A Wildcat First Down.”  He can also be heard in Bramlage Coliseum with his thundering introductions of the Wildcat basketball teams.

Dave’s myriad talents enable him to serve as a master of ceremonies for special events.  He has served in that capacity for pep rallies, including “Purple Power Play on Poyntz,” as well as numerous bridal and fashion shows, awards banquets, and talent shows. Dave’s experience, sense of humor and quick-wit make him a perfect fit for these events.

Dave is also respected for his leadership skills as demonstrated through his association with several community and state organizations.  He was the chairman of the Manhattan/Riley County 150th anniversary and has chaired a number of organizations, including the Manhattan Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.  In 2006, the Chamber recognized Dave as its “Volunteer of the Year.”
